Costs / Fees:
CAM 5.0 requires one-time license costs and monthly maintenance costs that are determined by the number of concurrent users agreed upon in sales contract. Additional costs may occur for adding on services of E-prescribe, Lab interface, Appointment reminders, or Electronic Medication Administration Record. The following certified security modules pertain to all users of Celerity’s CAM product (all versions) 170.315.d.1 Authentication, Access Control, Authorization, 170.315.d.5 Automatic Access Time-out, 170.315.d.7 End-User Device Encryption, 170.315.d.8 Integrity, 170.315.g.4 Quality Management System, 170.315.g.5 Accessibility-Centered Design
Additional security module criteria of 170.315.d.2 Auditable Events and Tamper-Resistance, 170.315.d.3 Audit Reports, 170.315.d.4 Amendments, 170.315.d.6 Emergency Access, may incur additional customization fees associated to options selected in the clinical sections of the application.
Contractual Limitations:
Contracts regarding purchase of software do not pertain to any limitations surrounding use of certified modules.
Technical or Practical Limitations:
Celerity’s CAM 5.0 is served through a controlled hosted environment. This hosted environment meets all standards set out in certified modules. In the event that a user organization prefers to run software outside of Celerity’s hosted environment, certain certified security modules may not pertain. Currently all entities of CAM 5.0 are running in our hosted environment. There are no other technical or practical limitations related to certified modules.
